1. Services

The Site provides information about the massage, facial, and wellbeing services offered at our Los Angeles location, and links to our third-party booking platform (Fresha) where appointments can be scheduled. The spa services themselves are governed by the policies posted in our studio and by Fresha’s terms at checkout.

2. Booking, cancellation, and refunds

All appointment bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Fresha, our third-party booking platform. Our cancellation policy and any deposit requirements are disclosed at the time of booking. Please read them before you confirm.

Prices shown on this Site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price you are shown at checkout on Fresha is the price that applies.

3. Health disclaimer

Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this Site is a medical claim. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from a procedure, or have any concern about whether a service is appropriate for you, consult your physician before booking. You agree to tell your therapist any relevant health information at the start of your appointment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site.
• Copy, scrape, or republish content from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Elation name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Elation Massage & Spa and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, including Fresha for booking, Google for Maps, and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elation Massage & Spa, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Elation Massage & Spa harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above shows the current version.
