Focus Relief upper body
Sixty minutes spent entirely on the neck, shoulders, and back.
60 min · $100
Who it’s for
The specific complaint. A neck that will not turn. Shoulders up around the ears. That band across the upper back that has been there since a bad week at work. Rather than spread an hour across the whole body, this puts every one of those sixty minutes where the problem actually is.
What to expect
Your therapist stays above the waist for the entire session: neck, shoulders, upper back, and down through the mid back, with medium-to-deep pressure and slow, repeated passes over the places that need them. Scalp and forearms are included if you want them, and most guests do. Because the area is small and the time is long, the work goes deeper than a sixty-minute full-body massage ever could.
Afterward
The head sits differently on the neck. Screen-tilted necks in particular tend to feel the difference the next morning more than they do in the room.
